Advanced Eemann Tech Recoil Spring for 1911/2011 Pistols

The Eemann Tech Progressive Recoil Spring is designed for 1911/2011 pistols and their clones with a 5" barrel length.

Progressive Recoil Springs differ from common springs by having a decreasing distance between coils, starting from the middle of the spring to the last coil. When pressure is applied, the spring functions in two phases:

• 1st Phase: The first half of the spring, with identical coil distances, begins compressing from the start.
• 2nd Phase: Once the first half is fully compressed, the second half, with reduced coil distance, begins compressing.

Each coil increases the spring's compression. Full compression provides maximum resistance and reduces recoil impulse.

Every Eemann Tech Recoil Spring has a unique color for visual identification of its power value throughout its service life. All springs are coated with polymer heat-treated paint, which remains flexible throughout their service period. The paint does not damage or dye the handgun from the inside.
